DiCaoQing
Bottom trough green, also known as bottom trough Qing or bottom soap green, is a mineral name of purple sand mud, which was first produced in Huanglongshan No. 4 well, and later Huanglongshan No. 5 well and Taixi mine.
Bottom trough green mud, mud is divided into upper trough, middle trough and bottom trough, and the bottom is the best, there are green "corns" and "cat's eyes" in the block, which are purple mud containing mud particles. The color is purplish blue, very rare, clay fine. After sintering, it is purplish red, and the firing range is wide. The pig liver commonly fired on the general market is about 1200℃, the quality is firm, delicate and smooth, and the shrinkage rate is about 10%.
The clean ore material at the bottom of well No. 4 is purple brown dense block, relatively hard, containing a certain amount of white mica fragments, and there are green bean spots on the ore material. The plasticity of the cooked mud is general, the molding is slightly crisp, the production has a certain sand, and the firing temperature range is wide. Generally burnt to about 1180 ~ 1230°C, shrinkage rate of about 4%. After firing, it is purplish red color, and the fetal material is fine pear skin, fine sand and oil, and the color is pure and steady.
The clean ore material at the bottom of well No. 5 is purple brown dense block, relatively hard, and also contains a certain amount of white mica fragments. There are turquoise bean spots on the ore material, usually the larger bean spots will have smaller bean spots on the edge. The plasticity of the cooked mud is general, the molding is slightly crisp, the production has a certain sand, and the firing temperature range is wide. Generally, it is burnt to about 1180-1230 ° C, and the shrinkage rate is about 5%. After firing, it is purplish red color, and the fetal material is coarse pear skin, the surface particles are dense and convex, and the color effect is very rich.
The appearance of the clean ore in the bottom trough of Taixi mine is light purple brown dense block, the quality is as hard as stone, contains more white mica fragments, there are smaller and less green bean spots on the ore, and the section is coarse sand. The plasticity of the cooked mud is poor, easy to crumble and break when forming, the sand is heavier when making, and the firing temperature range is wide, generally burning to about 1200 ~ 1240°C. The shrinkage rate is about 4%. After firing, it has a purplish red color, relatively more impurities in the fetal material, the surface is relatively dry, and the remaining white mica fragments are also more, and the appearance color and purity are poor.
